Holga Post: An Indiana Summer

Holga Post: Indiana Summer
Even though it’s been about a bazillion degrees here in Indiana this summer, I’ve found myself enjoying this season a lot more than I usually do. (And my car doesn’t have air conditioning!) These Holga photos are from two summers ago and I recently developed them at Walmart. I love Indiana’s four distinct seasons, driving down an open country road with cornfields on both sides, and the heavy smell of a damp summer night in July. (With crickets, of course.)

I’ve always been a winter girl– boots–tights–SCARVES–hats–coats–non-sweaty running– but this summer thing is kind of nice too. Even if it is 100 degrees every other day. πŸ™‚

Gorgeous as always! The last one of my favourite, reminds me of the abandoned agricultural buildings that line the Canadian prairies.

Amazing! We're going to Indiana this summer with the family and the kids are just as excited as I am. As early as now, I'm already shopping for childrens hats! Awesome blog, by the way.
