A Little Taste of My Indiana Home

August 13, 2013
These past few weeks have been some of the busiest I can remember. Currently I’m writing this in a little B&B at the base of the Scottish Highlands as Sean and I bop around and explore the British Isles. (More on that in another post.) πŸ™‚ I wanted to share a few photos from the trip I took back home in July because my mom has been making some cozy changes to the little country home I grew up in. <3 home-1-4

The water garden. I feel accomplished that Adele, Sean, and I haven’t killed a little cactus and jade plant in our NYC apartment. And then I look at my mom’s gardens… le sigh. πŸ™‚

She’s been on a bit of a doily kick lately– and has been ordering a bunch of them off of Ebay. <3

Wow this is so perfect. That backyard is so stunning. That house looks like the most perfect place to grow up. I love houses that are on little hidden country roads. So cozy and homey πŸ™‚
